The training provides for a practical, hands-on, and highly interactive learning environment. Participants learn in small groups, in pairs, and through individual exercises, not only how to plan a project effectively, but to acquire tools and techniques to ensure success through all stages of a project life cycle. The emphasis of the workshop is on assimilating the concepts through discussions, hands-on examples, and the development of standard document templates, so that the acquired project management skills can be put to immediate and practical use. In most cases, participants use their own projects.
Our project management group and individual coaching is designed to provide you with the most cost-effective way to get your organization up and running with project management, or to assist you with challenged projects that need to be fixed. Coaching includes:
-
Project Management Advantage
- Project Management Kick Start
