Career Transition, Outplacement & Career Management

 We guide our clients through the complexities of restructuring with a full range of customized, cost effective programs. We partner with our clients to plan the restructuring, assist in the implementation and finally in the execution. Our career transition consulting and coaching programs support the affected individuals and move both people and organizations to a better future. The affected employees move on; remaining employees deal with the changes and management are guided in planning and executing the restructuring. We offer a range of superior outplacement programs for all levels of employees: Fast Track, One to six-month, Executive, Spousal. Retirement planning is offered in group sessions, one-on-one and family sessions.

Our group and individual programs assist individuals, groups, and families prepare for a successful retirement by exploring and planning financial, emotional, social and health aspects of retirement. Our programs cater to both our public and private sector clients and include:  1, 2 and 3 day programs (Federal and Provincial Governments), customized group and one-on-one coaching, Myera and New Horizon Programs.

The New Horizons™ program was designed around core materials developed by Richard P. Johnson, Ph.D., internationally recognized speaker, lecturer, and expert in the field of retirement and adult development. It includes instructional materials that are available in print and online, as well as corresponding exercises that help participants face realities and recognize hidden opportunities.

Human Resources/Organizational Design

We are experienced in all aspects of Human Resources and have provided public and private sector clients with a variety of services consistently achieving desired results on time and on budget. Coaching

MCO is experienced in assisting individuals and organizations through individual and group sessions to reflect, plan and achieve desired development and growth. Our coaches cover most areas of personal and professional development, are accredited, and possess the right mix of experience and training. 

The cornerstone of our coaching practice is our Management and Executive Leadership Program. We deliver these coaching services to help entry, mid to senior level managers and high-potential employees in an array of situations including: developing/improving leadership skills; developing and honing key competency areas: Strategic Planning, Change Leadership; dealing with performance issues; making critical career and life decisions, improving productivity and to quickly become productive in a new role. Each assignment is tailored to the individual’s specific needs to achieve tangible results cost effectively and to maximize return to both the organization and its most valued asset.
