He concentrates on organization assessment, design and restructuring; organizational development and change management; HR strategy, planning, and policy development; project management/project leadership; and compensation & performance pay.

Recent clients include: Public Health Agency of Canada, Department of National Defence, National Parole Board, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Department of Justice, Health Canada, Canadian Coast Guard, Indian Oil & Gas Canada, Public Works & Government Services, Fisheries & Oceans, Human Resources & Skills Development Canada, Foreign Affairs Canada, the Civil Service Commission of Indonesia, Rayonier Inc., Brinks Security and the City of Ottawa.

Mr. Rittenberg has also served for 4 years as ADM Human Resources at Revenue Canada (now CRA), leading the Branch through a  major organizational and operational review which resulted in significant structural, program and service delivery changes.  Prior, Richard served for 4 years as Director Management Category Programs at the Treasury Board Secretariat. In his earlier career, Richard was a consulting Partner in Vancouver for a decade with KPMG, responsible for client engagements in organizational assessment and design, compensation, executive search, and performance management.

Richard graduated from McGill University with BA and MA Degrees in Political Science and Government, is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), is bilingual and holds a Secret Security Clearance.
