Claudine McLeod is a dynamic, professional instructor who is highly skilled in facilitation in both English and French. She has many years of experience in the private and public sectors in making presentations, facilitating group discussions, and conducting professional workshops.
Claudine has a broad range of experience which includes managing the training department for a multinational company in France, as well as successfully managing a development project in Latin America for a humanitarian organization. She has designed and delivered workshops for DND, Supreme Court, Public Service Commission, Parliament, Treasury Board, Immigration Canada, Fisheries & Oceans, Health Canada, NRC, Environment Canada, Statistics Canada, NORTEL Networks, Ericsson (Montréal), Bell Sygma (Montréal), Canadian Transportation Agency, the University of Ottawa (Continuing Education) and many more.
Her coaching services include performance management, assessment, phased retirement and career mapping/goal setting. Claudine has also conducted numerous one-on-one career counselling sessions in the areas of résumé preparation, job search, networking, interview techniques and job trends. In one project, she provided career planning and coaching to a large number of people in North America.
Claudine worked as a consultant with Right Management during a period of lay-offs in the IT and other sectors. She provided assistance to both small and large downsizing projects and has counselled workers at all levels on developing networks, career re-direction, job search, phased retirement. Claudine has a Baccalauréat de Technicienne économique and has been a qualified MBTI since 1999. |
