Ginette Lauriault

Ginette LauriaultGinette Lauriault is a bilingual IAF Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with over 15 years of experience in facilitation, process mapping, training and emotional intelligence assessment using the Bar-On EQ-i™ instrument.  She has worked with executive teams, task forces and working groups to help them achieve their goals by providing effective process design services for any type of meeting. Her experience includes working with a wide range of subject matter: scientific, artistic, educational, administrative, policy, regulatory, health care specialists and inspection mainly from the public sector. Ginette’s area of specialization includes public and experts’ consultations; project planning sessions; facilitated sessions; process mapping and process improvement; and professional development workshops.  Ginette also has experience in training and formal teaching.

Prior to joining MCO, Ginette has occupied various positions with Health Canada working on method development in drugs research laboratories, communications, strategic planning, quality initiative and continuing education.

Ginette has provided facilitation services to a wide range of clients including Health Canada, Industry Canada, HRSDC, provincial governments of Quebec and Ontario, Canadian Intellectual Property Office, Public Safety, CIDA, ADRC, Agriculture Museum, CBSA, CSPS, CNSCand. She has managed project planning sessions for Parks Canada, Patrimoine Canada, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, DFAIT, and the Coast Guard. She has also facilitated extensive process mapping projects for the Competition Bureau, Canadian Intellectual Property Office and Health Canada.

She holds a Masters in Education from l’Université du Québec en Outaouais, a Bachelor degree in Communications and a Certificate in bilingual writing from the University of Ottawa, and a Certificate in Facilitation from St-Paul University.
