Jamie Chapman - Picture Currently UnavailableJamie Chapman is a strategic planning expert/facilitator and trainer for technical and scientific organizations - including scenario development, risk assessment and mitigation options.   A former government executive and a Major Crown Project Leader, Jamie provides his expertise to government departments employing engineers, technical professionals and research scientists. 

A fluently bilingual IAF-Certified Professional Facilitator™ interested in action outcomes, Jamie facilitates on project scenario planning and project start-ups and is known for getting projects back on track with innovative solutions. In addition, Jamie has developed and delivers a nationally known training program to assist government in utilizing the formal tools and processes of project management, business analysis, strategic planning and business planning. He has trained hundreds of PWGSC managers across Canada in the National Project Management System.  

Jamie Chapman delivers his expertise by consulting and coaching senior managers on strategic, business and operational planning. Coaching clients include PWGSC, DND and Parliament. Facilitation clients include PWGSC, Health Canada, Natural Resources, Justice, and Citizenship and Immigration Canada. 

Mr. Chapman holds an MPA from Queen’s University and is Certified as a Professional Facilitator. Masters Certificate, Project Management, George Washington University, Projected Completion 2009.
