Andrée Bergeron, MBA, CPF, IPMA-CP, Organizational Consultant

Andrée Bergeron is a bilingual Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Organizational Development (OD) Consultant with over 20 years of experience, working on a variety of challenging business opportunities in both Private and Public Sectors.

Her main contribution is using personal expertise and knowledge for arriving at innovative solutions in multiple business organizations and functions. In particular, Ms. Bergeron has in-depth experience with facilitation, training, team building, coaching, strategic planning and change management. She has worked on several strategic projects aimed at retaining employees in organizations. More recently, she has worked on 4 impactful OD projects, namely, a change strategy for the Defense Learning Network (DLN), an environmental scan for the Treasury Board to assess Public Sector (PS) HRM Performance Dimensions/Competencies that will be highly desirable for leaders to model in the years to come, team building at the Canadian Institute of Health Research as well as a succession planning process to identify Executives as potential successors within senior management ranks, from the President down to the Director level.

A strong sense of professionalism and a commitment to quality, along with bilingual, written and verbal communication skills, make her a valuable asset to any project or support team. Ms. Bergeron has worked as a manager as well as an internal consultant with Bell Canada, Bell Northern Research, Nortel Networks, and JDS Uniphase. She has an MBA from the University of Ottawa, an OD Diploma from the American NTL Institute, and Certified Professional designations in Facilitation Processes and HR Management.
